i took out a pay day loan in -/-/- and could not pay it back with - in - sc in -/-/- i get a call that from the - and was told to talk to - and he said i need to pay them or it would be a law sute in court i ask for proff to be sent to me in the us mail he said no we donot have to do that i then set up a payment plain to pay - in - payments i did the - - payment of - and the last one was due in 2 weeks i could not do i get call from them on -/-/- that my file was going to be sent over to sc for me to go to jail
