Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine California

I received a letter in the mail stating there was a change of lawyer on a debt. A few days later I and my relatives received a call from a debt collector. I called back and they were unable to provide me with further information because according to them, the - - they had on file was not the same -. My birthdate and the one on file did not match. A few days after, I received a letter from this same company stating I had a judgment against me from -. I called the company to follow up, left a message and no one has contacted me back. It says original creditor is - - - and charge off date was -/-/- I do n't recall having credit cards with - - -. I 'm unable to follow up with the agency because its not me, but I 'm receiving letters from them. I do n't believe this is my debt and would like to clear this from my name.
