Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Washington
I 'm receiving daily calls ( usually - or - calls per day ) from - ( Capital One collections department ). I am not a Capital One customer and owe them no money. I 've called them - times requesting that they cease calling me, but they have not.
