Disclosure verification of debt Not disclosed as an attempt to collect Oregon

I have recieved numerous calls from an individual who names me and says i need to return his call and that his name is -. The number that came up on my caller id was different then the return call number left. I googled both numbers and found out that it is a collection company. They never said who they represented or what the call was about on the message. Just that i need to call them asap.
