Cashing a check without an account Deposits and withdrawals New York

- - - has - checks with the dates being -/-/-, -/-/-, -/-/-. I want to find out who cashed these checks. I know this information is over 7 years old but I want an official inquiry into where this information still exists. I want to maintain this complaint until this whole matter is resolved completely. This is an old federal student loan and I never cashed these checks and - @ - - claims I did. They say I signed the checks and cashed them within a few days.
