Wells Fargo Credit card department,
My Interest Rate is 21.15 % which is 3.25 % + 18 %. This is a ridiculous rate! Wells Fargo was unable to tell me how this interest was determined. They could not tell me if my Credit score was an issue, financial position, etc. I believe that this is illegal and a company should always be a in a position to explain how it determines its fees.
