We have been with - for over a year now of which we bundled our services when we signed up. I have been on auto pay since doing so. I got a notice from Central Credit Services stating I am in collections for $170.00 with interest accruing. I have made several attempts to contact - -, some could not locate this account, - in Billing said they never linked it to our account and do n't worry about it. I have asked them for a copy of this bill which they will not provide. I have copies of ALL my statements around the time they said the services were due and nothing shows unpaid. If this makes my credit report I will be furious. Today I called the credit company to get a fax number to send them the statements I have and the social does n't match mine. I am wondering if they are making up bills and sending them to collections to get more money in hopes people like me do n't inquire.
