Debt should have never gone to a collection agency because there was no debt. - did not know anything about this until I was getting a loan at the bank I have excellent credit. When I saw this collection from coast to coast for - I investigated and found out alarm services turned in a collection saying I owed them - for a digital monitor the equipment. I gave proof to them that both the monators were sent back and signed for by them on -/-/2014 with -. serial numbers - and - Then the collection sent me an invoice trying to collect for it going to the collection agency which it should not have gone in the first place of - saying this is a settlement offer. I told them that I was not going to pay for something that should have not gone to them in the - place. Then they send me another invoice from coast to coast for alarm monitoring services for the amount - that they are saying I owned them again. In the - place I never got notice of oweing them anything in 2014 then they said it was for equiment they did n't get which I proofed to them they got which - of there equiment was in - package, how did they get - without out the other, then they said it was canceling without notice which I gave them notice. This company has messed up my credit with there lies. I have all the paper work with this if you need it I can mail it to you I do n't know how to put it on here. I sent this to the - and made a complaint to them.
