On -/-/15 I walked into - and asked to be disconnected at the same time I paid - ( $70.00 ) the bill I owed and asked to be billed the balance. Until today, -/-/15 I have not had - attempt to contact me from the -. Today I received a COLLECTION NOTICE asking for payment on behalf of -. I called - to verify that they had all my personal information correct and still active, which they did. They could have emailed me, send me a bill by post, call me on the telephone or even text me on the phone! The supervisor '' that I spoke with had no reasonable explanation for this outrageous conduct and ( I believe ) attempt to purposefully affect my credit.
