I received a phone call. The woman on the other line asked to speak to - -, I confirmed that 's me. She immediately requested that I verify my mailing address. I then asked her who she was calling from. She stated Vision Financial '' I asked why she was calling, and she hung up on me. Upon conducting further research, I found consumer reviews which led me to believe that Vision Financial is a collection agency well-known for failure to provide information about the debt, attempting to collect expired debts, and using strong-arm tactics to collect.
