During this time we also moved so - be the notices were lost in mail. Surprisingly 7 months later we got a collection notice on -/-/- from PAYACEI ( dated - - ) based in - VA. We immediately called - - - to investigate and made payment for this balance on - -. We have also received paid in full statement from - - - yet - claims that we owe this money to them. When I called to explain, they were rude and continue to insist that We owe them the money which we already paid. I believe that this company is fraudulent and uses abusive tactics to collect debt, even if it is already paid off. The reference number for this notice is -
