Monthly mortgage payment was increased by $17.00 so called United Security Financial to ensure they got the difference. Representative said she could take the payment over the phone and would waive the $9.00 fee. ( yes 9 dollars ). Contacted USF several times in the past 2 months on this issue and still not refunded.
