I has a credit card through - - and I maintained payments until - - raised the interest rates from 6 to 19 % to no fault of my own. The bank did not want to lower the interest rate. At that time my work slow down and I could no longer made payments. Then I started getting calls from a collection agency and subsequently an attorney began calling to collect on the wells fargo account. The attorney filed a judgment and then levied my bank account. When I pulled my credit I saw that wells Fargo had charged off my collection. But the attorney 's still wants to collect. I do n't understand about these legal issues however I can see that the attorney is trying to collect money that is not owed to them. I am in desperate need of your assistance. Sincerely, - - ( - ) --
