In the letterhead of the 'dunning ' letter Gurstel Chargo claims to have offices located in Nebraska . Furthermore, the letterhead represents Attorneys at Law but has a 'disclaimer ' in the body of the letter that states : At this time, no attorney with this law firm has personally reviewed the particular circumstances of your account. '' - If an agency incorporates the use of form collection demands on attorney letterhead the agency MUST incorporate meaningful attorney involvement '', into its collection process. 15 U.S.C.
