To whom it may concern, the felony harassment of me and my family started four years ago and is still going on until this day. We ventured into a contact with Aqua Finance ten years ago. Four years ago that 's when the felony harassment started. We have contacted the Better business bureau in regards to thier harassment and Aqua Finance replied by saying, they are n't harassing and they do n't have anyone harassing us. It was n't until my husband sent another felony complaint to the -, in regards to thier felony harassment that Aqua Finance admitted to having a third party company involved in our felony harassment which is - - -. During this time we are having all type harassment committed against us. We ca n't go to the store without someone treating us with violence. They are having thier stooges '' agents acting like they are going to rob us. We started having problems with all our creditors. We have strange vehicles parked in front of our house and when we come outside to see who they are the car takes off. While driving on the freeway, they act


stooges '' standing outside when I get off work. Then they look at my husband with an aggressive face then look back at me. I 'm assuming they are saying they are going to do something to me. On another occasion on the corner of - - and - - my husband was purchasing some gas. My husband replied by asking the young man, what - are you going to knock out. They just looked at him and walked out the store. Every time we going to our local - at - in - next to -, we getting threats like they are going to rob us when we come out the store. They also try to bait us into having an actual fight in the store. These companies has poison my husband. we know we ca n't prove it at this time because he consumed all of the evidence on that day. I took my husband to our doctor. Our doctor told my husband that he had a - on his mouth. My husband ask our doctor is it possible I got this infection by eating something. The doctor said yes. The only thing that my hushed had to eat that morning was - at holcombe and - in the medical center. My husband base his business in the - - in -, this is were the majority of thier harassment happens. The harassment also occurs at my job - - - - in -. We initially thought these companies wanted the money for thier water system which we still have in excellent condition. When actually in my opinion the want our property and home the entire time. Since we have been sending felony complaints to - - office AGO the harassment recently over the last year has decreased but it is still going on. At this point we have realized this harassment is much bigger then us. My husband had clients in his car that he did n't realize what they were saying. My husband was being pass information by their agents in regards to what 's going on in -. First it was real estate and how homes are being bought for cheap. Then being sold or rented for top dollar. Now we understand and realize that we have investment companies trying to develop not just in our area - but in other key area in-. We will not be intimidated or force out our home. We will defend ourselves in any way necessary. I recently signed up to get by Concealed handgun license! We want to make sure that these companies ca n't felony harrass any our families in our city and any other city ever again!
