My account was closed without my consent. I was told that I was unable to use my debit card when trying to make a purchase. When I spoke with the customer service representative, she stated that Chase Bank is terminating services with me forever and my account would be closed in 10 days and that I needed to remove all funds from my account. I was not sent any written form of communication informing me of this decision. 3 weeks after I was informed of this information, my account was still opened and I had not received any written letter informing me of Chase 's decision. On - -, 2015 my account was overdrawn because of a transaction I disputed from - in the amount of $180.00. Chase Bank made the decision that my dispute was not approved. I provided the confirmation number and itinerary number to Chase Bank and was still denied my dispute. On - -, 2015 there was a overdraft fee of $15.00 charged to my account even though I was informed by the customer service rep to take all of my remaining funds out of my account. To this day I was never sent any written information informing me of Chase 's decision to discontinue services with me and why.
