Hello, my name is - - - : In 1978 either in the months of - or - I had my brother buy me a saving bond for 500.00 dollars then give it to me as a gift.the banks name is - in -.- was the c.e.o at the bank but when i melt him his was just a accountant. checks and bonds was sent to a old address - - - -.someone stole my mail but some how sent the check to - - - - -.the person the got the check give it to - - - - to give to me but he took it to chase bank - - - - to cash it. the bank call me. to see if it was alright to let him cash it over,-times I told the lady no.but she acted like she couldnt understand no.or call the police.my check and saving bond are now gone.can you help me.I live at -.cell phone -
