Discover Credit card department,
Credit line increase/decrease New York
Discover card lowered my credit line on or about -/-/- without any notification, causing me to incur fees for rejection of automatic scheduled payment. On or about -/-/- Discover had sent me an e-mail asking me for income information, which I supplied. I called Discover on -/-/- when I learned of the credit line reduction and they claim to have mailed me a letter regarding the action, I have recived no such letter. I have had this card since -/-/- with no late payments, missed payments, etc.
