I am presently on - and stationed at - - -. In -/-/- I came under - to the state of -. I then notified my apartment my non renewal of lease due for -/-/-. I also call - ( - ) for cancellation of my utility, as i was moving my family from the state of - to -. Months later I began to receive collection letters, and harassing phone call from Virtuoso Sourcing group. A collection company based out from - Colorado. I in turn reached back to both - and - and turned in all backing documents to show fraudulent billing. I sent them my hotel bills showing me and my family stay pending the readiness of my lease. I also sent them my - on reporting date to -. All this have been proved abortive and I am still been harassed everyday. The worst situation I am confronted with is their constant negative report on my credit. I am confronted with a situation of fraudulent billing and destruction of my credit worthiness.
