Discover close my account on this -. I have - cash back and redeemed as staples gift cards. However, I did't receive - dollars gift card and contacted discover on -. The agent told me it need to take 6-8 weeks to investigate. Ok and then I wait and contacted them lately ( more than two months ). The agent just told me they wont replace it and - specialist would contact me in 24 hours. Unfortunately, no one contact me again until I called back. Told me discover made a decision and not replace that to me. I see a bad customer attitude company here and I wan na everyone know how discover treat this customer. I requested to have my - staples gift card back.
