FHA mortgage Credit decision / Underwriting New Jersey

My - mortgage was sold to OCWEN in -/-/-. Since that time my escrow has been miscalculated requiring yearly catch up. Also, they transitioned to a new web '' system and now I can not retrieve any payment info prior to -/-/- which is affecting a refi with another bank. They are not responsive and have horrible outsourced - based customer service.
