Communication tactics Frequent or repeated calls Pennsylvania

For 3 years Allied Interstate has been calling for an unknown person to me, - -, and will not stop with the calls no matter how many times they have been told to remove our phone number. Speaking to a supervisor does not help either. I am told they are sorry and will stopand then the calls happen again and again every day, several times a day, morning or night. They are making our lives a living hell even with a answering machine.
