Western Union Money transfers department,

International money transfer Money was not available when promised Virginia

On -/-/2025 I send money thru western union ( online ) to recipient in - - -, -. I received SMS & email confirmation that money went thru and available to recipient on - -. But to this moment as i write nobody knows where the money is in - or here! The MTCN - also confirmed money is available but recipient was told by -. in - that there is no money!! I am sick & tired of this! It is indication of incompetence & very poor service! Thank You, -
