Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement New Jersey

I am a victim of ongoing identity theft on or about -/-/- someone opened a Sam 's Club - Credit using my personal information as the personal credit guarantor. I recently discovered this when I checked my personal credit report and discovered that a Sams Club - account was opened and charged off. The name of the creditor is Synchrony Bank. I written Synchrony Bank about this issue -/-/- I have n't received any written response from the bank.
