I have been receiving harassing phone calls from Navient. They claim they 're calling to collect a student loan debt, but I am in school and all of my loans are in deferment. I have also asked them repeatedly to stop calling my cell phone, but they refuse to stop. I was also advised today by a representative that they will continue to call me and there was nothing I can do about it. They call me everyday at least - times a day, and I can not deal with it. I have tried blocking the numbers they call from on my iPhone, but the calls continue.
