Other (phone, health club, etc.) Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine

I saw it on my credit report so i called the collection agency. On the phone i gave them my name and the amount of the debt. The woman replied with a last - which was not mine and an old address which i moved from about 7 years ago. she also said the account was from 4 years ago. This is all looking very strange to me so i ask her for any information about the company in which she could only give me an account number and - extensions.
