Branch Bank & Trust of - a deposit and lending institution was provided a deed of trust in - of $250000.00 for several real properties to include - commercial lots with a - sq/ft commercial building, - - - - residential rental homes and approximately - acres of land. The loan started in - with - residential rental house, when additional homes were remodeled additional loans were secured. Loan to value have always exceeded amounts borrowed. A checking and savings account was maintained at the BB & T branch office in -, - ; - - was account manager. - - would continuously harass - - co/note holder about payments and would come to the commercial property where she operated her business activity unannounced and publicly threaten to seize the property through foreclosure and add additional fees until she could not pay and they BB & T '' would claim the property. On - occasion - - publicly threatened - - when she was making a deposit at the BB & T situated at corner - - - -. and - -


to another position. Then, the administrative note communication with me started via phone call from BB & T office in -. I was informed all note payments were to be made to BB & T Asset Management division in -, when previously all note payments were made at the local offices. My most recently interactions were with BB & T associate - - of the - office. - - also informed me after I sent a note payment to the address on the invoice from BB & T that the new requirement was to send all payments directly to her, she was the only account manager authorized to receive payment. She could also transfer funds directly from my bank account with my permission to expedite payment ). The note was required to be renewed in -, all properties securing debt remained unchanged from previous periods when note was renewed, - - required appraisals on all properties ; additionally I was informed by - - that I could not receive copies of any appraisals until I had paid for them in full ( this included both single family residential and commercial properties. After further request, copies of residential appraisals were sent to me via email the day before the note was renewed. - - informed me that the note would be in default and she would initiate legal action to foreclose. Copies of commercial appraisals were not provided, additional appraisal cost were considered due immediately and added to amounts currently due. - - continued to call me daily both on my cell phone and at home. When speaking with - -, ( - - thru - - ) she continued to threaten legal action. In -, - - - caused funds to be debited from my bank account without my permission resulting in overdrafts. - - informed me she could not return the funds directly to my account and would send a check, several days later my account was credited with the amount debited, however overdraft fees were not included. I subsequently mailed a payment to - -. Additionally, a check was drafted by me in - - and sent directly to - - for $3700.00 ( this amount was adequate for - note payments ). I have not received and phone call from - - since - - after she left a voice mail stating she would return the funds. Recently, ( - -, - ) I received written communication from an attorney representing BB & T demanding access to properties for additional appraisal.
