I had a credit card with - - - - - which was charged off i have a payment arrangement with - i keep getting letters from - - - - i tried to contact - - - letting them know this is being taking care of by - and -, they still keep sending me letters i even faxed a copy of the letter i reveived from - - -. that did not stop them also, i am fedup with them please help me. attached is a copy of the letter from - -
