Last year an agreement between - -/Navient and NES payment services was met for me to pay back on outstanding loans. As of - of last year I could not access my account. I sent numerous letters with no response. I sent a certified, signature confirmation letter - weeks ago with proof of delivery being - again notifying NES of said situation. I even faxed Navient the same issue with an offer to close out the debit with a lump sum payment of $2000.00 ; This would have been what I had left of a balance if I was allowed access to my account. As of - - 2015 I have not received a response from Navient or NES in regards to this matter. If neither party wants to communicate with me either via email or mail, then following the FDCPA this debit is not valid and should be removed from my credit profile.
