- continues to call my place of business over - times a day. I have asked them to stop, my attorney has sent them a letter, but they continue to call. They use obscene language and said they will continue to harass me until I send them $500.00. I had a payday loan that was declared in a bankruptcy 2 years ago. This was also explained to them.
