RMP Group Inc. Debt collection department,

-/-/- We needed new utility service my wifeI was notified we had an old debt for utilities my wife was told we had to contact collection agency to which my wife did she called -/-/- and spoke with - - who verified the service address to which we owed money for she was told by - we could split payment up and then was given a confirmation number to which we had to supply to utility company for even being able to start new service-once utility company verified payment with collection agency our new service was started-Now over a 2 years later after reviewing both of our credit report we are both surprised to see where this debt still remains on our credit reports as unpaid as well-when I researched I discovered Collection Associates the collection agency did NOT apply the money we authorized for utility company debt to be paid but instead Collection Associates paid an ALLEGED debt we knew nothing about nor have we ever acknowledge-So we contacted Collection agency via emails along with emails to utility company asking this to be taken care of-the collection agency response was for my wife to call them-my wifes response to


account we did not authorize the money that was withdrawn to be applied towards-when Collection Associates was notified of this they want to dispute any Wrong Doing they done-I also requested that they pull phone conversation up to which - and - on -/-/- at - and - both said they would not do-I also requested that the phone conversation he was having a copy be mailed to us and I was denied this as well-- also told me on the phone conversation of -/-/- that their err of Collection Associates would be removed from our credit reports and as of todays -/-/- date this has not been done nor has there been any copy of conversations mailed to our address as we requested-We want this collection agency removed from our credit files-if they pull up the conversations and mail them to us this would be proof our our account was paid and this collection agency made MISTAKES-needs to removed via the collection for - that we ow $0.00 to and ultility bill $0.00
