JPMorgan Chase Debt collection department,

Credit card Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Washington

I have a few Chase credit card account 's with my wife, however, there is an individual past due Chase account listed on my credit report, as an individual account. I have never had an individual account with Chase. I have asked for copies of documents, to no avail. This is not my account, however, I keep receiving communication from - after that have been told, this is not my debt.
