Dual Tracking and Foreclosure violation by Caliber Homes Loan. We applied for loan modification due to unemployment and underemployment before - -/-/- and more than 37 days from the - -/-/- foreclosure, sale date on my home. However, although, our modification process is still currently going on, Caliber Home Loans, has simultaneously, scheduled a foreclosure date for - -, -/-/- ( now, roughly, 2 wks from today ). Please, Help Now.
