Servatus Corporation Debt collection department,

Credit card Improper contact or sharing of info Contacted employer after asked not to Washington

For several weeks a debt collector has been contacting my work and when told I am not available he asks to speak with my boss. I contacted this debt collector on -/-/-/-/2015 to discuss debt repayment options and told him to stop contacting my work as that is illegal. He told me that I had to fax a paper stating i do not want contacted at work. I also told him i am not allowed personal calls at work and if he contacts me in the evening I would answer his calls. The very next morning on -/-/-/-/2015 he contacted my work again. The office manager told him to quit calling work that this is illegal and hung up on him.
