I have been dealing with this for about - years, this is the - collection company that has attempted to collect this debt. I have work with the other - and they determined it was not mine and ceased collection action. This company diversified consultants, reported me to the credit bureaus even though I let them know in writing before the 30 day time frame and called them to explain the situation. I asked them for the supporting documentation and they did not send anything over as I know it does not exist as it is not my debt. I have reached out to them to have them remove the negative report on my credit but they have yet to return my call or reply to me in writing.
