Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Louisiana

Hello my name is - - I took out a title loan on my car - - I borrowed! - dollars I have been paying - a month for past - months. That 's almost - dollars. My father was diagnosed with -. I have been off work trying to help him and my mother. Then - - -/-/- I became ill with -. These people called me in hospital they call while I am at doctor with my dad getting his -. I feel like I have paid them - dollars interest. I borrowed - now they want me to walk back in with - plus what I have already paid.. I ca n't do this. I have NEVER seen anything like this. This is NOT right and SHOULD be against the LAW. They ca n't even explain to me how they are coming up with almost - dollars then they want me to sign another contract which is about - pages long plus add another - plus - a day for every day that it 's not paid in full. That would be almost - dollars I do n't have that kind of money.. Please help me. I do n't know what to do. Lone Star Title loans SHOULD NOT be aloud to take advantage of poor people.
