I have instructed my Bank ( HSBC ) on - -, to do a wire transfer amounting to - -. to my bank account in -. The conversion rate taken is USD - = -. However as per the attached sheet the rate of USD - = - ( the same day ) I understand that the bank take a % but it is too much. I would like the bank to reduce the %.
