I received a voicemail message from - and -. They stated I ignored a deposition and they were going move forward with proceedings. I called them back and they stated that I owe a debt of $84000.00 that I could settle for $9000.00 and avoid an issuance of a -. The woman I spoke to said if they issue a - it could result in an IRS lien for over $200000.00. I told her to contact my attorney and she screamed profanities. Here are the violations they committed:1 ) They claimed I ignored a deposition. I was never sued in the - place. 2 ) They claimed I owe $84000.00 on a specific debt, which is not correct. Also, this debt is out of the statue of limitations since -/-/2012 3 ) They claim I could avoid the issuance of a -. They only way - could avoid the issuance of a - is paying the debt in full. 4 ) Used profanities during the conversation.
