the company ran my credit report multiple times, unauthorized, resulting in several credit inquiries on my credit report damaging my credit standing/score. i have contacted the company via certified letter requesting removal or proof in the very least. they replied without proof and with no resolution. I then called the company and got more of same and bounced around to several departments with no luck. i then contacted - by phone ( tried an online dispute with them prior to this ) where the inquiries were generated and they informed me that they do not dispute inquiries.
