I was a student at - and am paying on a Genesis loan. I understand there was a class action suit for debit reduction due to the recruiting practices. I was told the loan would cover all tuition. While attend - the school financial aid people would pull me out of class to tell me I needed to take out an additional federal student loan or I had to leave the school due unpaid tuition. I 'm I eligible for the debit reduction on my private or student loans?
