A collection agency located out of -, -, for - -, who refuses to send me documentation on a debt that I do n't owe, or any authorization showing that I enlisted services of this debt that they purchased. I live in - and not in - and I own a - and not a -. The continually call my phone even though I have asked for their exact address in - and they refuse to give it to me. I trie to leave a message for - - ( their supervisor ) yet he refuses to give me their address so I can send a cease and desist letter. They have hung up on me several times when I specifically ask for their address and when I inform them I do n't owe this debt.
