I have been a - card holder with BB & T since 2008. I just learned that they put a - block on my account for susp [ ected fraud '' and then without contacting me closed the account. This reflects poorly on my credit report as it is listed as account closed by credit grantor '' which is a derpgatory remark. BB & Ts action was arbitrary, capricious and negligent.
