I am in the process of getting a Security Clearance for a job and I was told by the investigator that when they checked the courthouse under my name and drivers license the following was found ; 1. Citation Number # - -/-/-, stating it was turned over to a collection company called GC Services Collection. It did n't have a amount or anything. I tried contacting this company but was unable to get verification and copy of ticket and what violation I commited. Apparently the State of california has created a new branch of government allowing a collection company to do court work. I don'r recall getting a ticket that I would not have paid the fine and the ticket be closed. 2.Citation Number # - - this is the - ticket that is being handled by GC Services. I went to their site and they are stating that I owe $820.00 for a ticket i know that has been paid and should be closed. Please assist me in getting this collection company acting as the court of law to remove this erroneous information.
