Hello. Santander Consumer USA has placed an auto repossession on my credit reports which I disputed with the - credit reporting agencies ( -, -, - ), but they claim that they have verified this information with Santander. The credit reporting agencies gave me the name and address of the creditor that they supposedly used to verify this information and directed me to them. On - -, 2015, I mailed a dispute letter directly to Santander at the address given to me by the credit reporting agencies. I sent the letter via certified - with a return receipt. The - confirmed that the dispute letter was delivered on - -, 2015. To date, I have n't heard anything back from them.
