A - ' telephone number called my cell phone - times. - on - - which I did not answer, and - on - - which I did answer and they asked what my address was and said I owe $230.00 and asked for my credit card number. Not to mention, when they said what the debt was for, they mumbled the words so I could not hear them. I asked them - times who they were and they refused to tell me, or changed the subject so they could not tell me who this was. I immediately hung the phone up
