JPMorgan Chase Debt Collection Complaint

Credit card Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt was paid

JPMorgan Chase Debt collection department,

Credit card Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt was paid New York

I have been advised by a third party that there were several innacuracies on my credit reports and discovered that Chase Card had a collection account in my name for a debt that does not belong to me further that I believe was opened fraudulently. Chase then sold the debt to - - who then posted an additional collection item on my credit report. The CFPB assisted me in haviing - - remove both their false information and the erroneous claim by Chase from my - and - - histories, however - continues to show the Chase Card Claim on my report. I have informed - several times by mail and on their website, that this account does not belong to me and they continue to report it. I have written to Chase Card demanding proof of this debt as I know this account was not opened by me.
