I lost my business due to the economy & had to move to find work. The apartment I moved into did not allow satellite dishes to be mounted on the building or property. I paid - in full every month for over - years ( including additional expensive sports packages ). Contacted - before I moved to terminate service, paid account in full and returned all equipment they required. Now they have sent my account to collections to try to force me to pay $520.00 for early termination. The FTC currently has a lawsuit against - for illegally charging customers $ -.+ for early termination citing it as illegal. West Virginia law states that if the account is more than - years old ( my account is over - years old / active for - ) they can not sue me or report debt to any credit agency. I do not believe I owe - any money.
