I sent 200 dollars to - for my mohter using Western Union on -, after - attempts to collect i called Western Union - - who indicated it was best to cancel the transfer. It was canceled over the phone but i never got a refund, after - calls to their customer support, today being -, i have ran out of options, so i 'm filing a complaint here. The money transfer was charged to my bank account despite the cancelation, and Western Union has n't been able or willing to provide a refund for a service it never rendered.
