Incorrect information on credit report Information is not mine

- Bank # - - SOLD to : Second Round LP Acct # -This account is not even my account. It is not a credit card account. This account was a cash advance account for my mother ; her name was -. She has passed away. When my Mother became unable to take care of herself and we put her in a -, in -, CA. I took over paying her monthly bills and her upkeep. I had all of her mail and bills sent to my house in care of me. I was never a co-signer on any of her accounts or checking account. I DID pay the - account payments as well as with all of her bills. After she passed away, I stopped paying her bills, as she had no remaining assets. I had inadvertently given some clerk at - Bank my Social Security number to prove the account was n't mine and they agreed. Then someone '' at - then used it against me to put it in my name. My name appears nowhere on this account other than a mailing address for payments that I helped her in the last few years of life. I have written - numerous letters with no results. They have since sold this account to a collection agency, now they report this account in my name as well ( *Second Round LP Acct # - ) Please help me get both of these accounts off of my credit report ... they are not mine.
