Other (phone, health club, etc.) Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Washington
- charged me a termination fee in error. - turned this over to a collection agency for collection. - has reversed the charges but the collection agency keeps trying to collect it. I have contacted - numerous times. They said as soon as I dispute the charges then they will send a letter to the collection agency. Please help!!
